STORE ACCESS TO THE CCTV SYSTEM

Store staff can only be granted reading access rights. Only Store Managers and Operation Managers have reading access rights to the CCTV system. Store Managers can grant additional CCTV user rights to Facility Managers if no Operation Manager is in the boutique. Access to view and check CCTV footage is protected by a personal and unique code created by the appointed security company only after a Facility Manager's request. No administrator or writing access rights for store staff Local requirements limit access to viewing live and past recordings. CCTV RECORDS DOWNLOAD

Downloading recordings is allowed if fraud, theft, or robbery are suspected, or any other suspicious incidents have occurred in the boutique. The HR Director, Facility Manager, and DPO formally authorise the Download of CCTV recordings through the "CCTV review Recording Template". Access to download CCTV records is limited to the appointed Security Company or the Facility Manager. The Facility Manager sends the requests to download records (the Security Company cannot accept requests from any other individual). This clause must be included in the Security Company agreement. The Security Company has the proper access rights.
